It’s a soothing and rewarding process, especially for beginners, as it offers more freedom in shaping and designing. You can create anything from mugs and plates to sculptures. Wheel throwing is great for both beginners and those with experience. You’ll start with a basic tutorial, then dive in while we assist where needed. We focus on fundamental shapes like bowls and cylinders, and if you’re up for a challenge, we’re happy to push your skills further. While the techniques differ from handbuilding, both methods let you explore clay’s endless possibilities.happy to help and advise you to realise this creation!

It’s workshop day! Depending on your wishes, we will meet you in the studio or on location. 2-Part workshop? Get ready to glaze 2-3 weeks after.
The waiting…
After the workshop, your piece is ready to dry and be fired. This takes a couple of weeks. We will take good care of the pieces and make sure they are ready to be used.
Pick up day
Pick up time! We will notify you when your creations are ready. Come in during our opening hours and bring a bag or box if needed.
A 2.5-hour, beginner-friendly wheel throwing workshop where you’ll learn the basics in a relaxed, small group setting. Expect clay, guidance, coffee/tea, something sweet, and a polaroid to take home.

Over the past years, our workshop structure has naturally evolved in rhythm with the studio. We are balancing wheel availability, kiln capacity, and the time it takes to guide each session with care.
To keep this experience sustainable for both participants and teachers, and to maintain the level of attention, material access, and flexibility we aim to offer in each workshop, our pricing has been adjusted accordingly.
This allows us to continue working at a pace where every workshop feels supported, unhurried, and well-guided.
All workshops that have already been booked and paid for will remain at the current pricing. Workshops scheduled from July 1st onwards will follow the updated pricing, regardless of when they were booked.

Handbuild or wheel-throw your own creations! We’ll guide you through the basics and support you every step of the way. By the end of the workshop, you’ll have at least one finished piece. After it dries for a few weeks, we will fire and glaze your pieces.
A private workshop comes with extra perks—personalized attention and in-depth guidance. With more hands-on support, you’ll have extra time to focus on technique and fine details!

Feeling creative? Turn it into a two-part workshop and glaze your pieces yourself! After crafting your pieces, they’ll need at least two weeks to dry and be fired. Then, you’ll return to the studio for a second session to choose your colors and glaze your creations. Once that’s done, we’ll fire them one last time, and they’ll be ready for pickup about a week later!
For: 1-2 people
Time: 2×2 hours for €220 (dates at least 2-3 weeks apart)
