Working at Hola Lola Studio
We’re opening two internship positions for someone who loves creativity, visual storytelling, and wants to learn inside a ceramics studio.
You’ll join a small, international team and work across studio support and creative work, with space to explore your own ideas and grow your creative voice.
This is a learning-focused internship (32h/week) with symbolic compensation + creative benefits. It’s a creative exchange, not a full paid 32-hour job.
You don’t need ceramics experience, just enthusiasm, curiosity, and an eye for aesthetics.

📸 Content Creation
You’ll support us in visual storytelling and studio life. Work includes:
- capturing & editing photo/video
- creating content for social media
- brainstorming concepts & assisting production
- supporting visual direction and storytelling
- helping during workshops and studio days
What you need: aesthetic vision, initiative, original ideas.
No ceramics experience required.
📈 Marketing & Growth
You’ll be responsible for growing our digital presence and understanding our audience. Work includes:
- managing paid Meta ads (choosing posts & budgets)
- analyzing Instagram & TikTok insights
- creating, editing & scheduling posts/stories (Meta Suite)
- keeping Facebook & LinkedIn updated
- managing and growing our Pinterest board
- helping during workshops and studio days
What you need: analytical mindset, social platform experience, and curiosity for growth. No ceramics experience needed.

- Weekends: Availability needed when we host workshops or events

“Working at Hola Lola has been an incredible experience. Beyond the team (small but amazing), where I felt comfortable from day one, it has also been a space of great learning.
Even though I already had some knowledge of ceramics, during these past months I was able to develop new skills, explore techniques I had never tried before and, above all, improve my work on the wheel… which I used to struggle with a bit.

Meet Maira
“I am the marketing and growth intern at Hola Lola. Together with Elisa I make sure the studio’s content gets the right exposure online! I love to come up with new and creative ideas to promote workshops, classes and how to showcase everything that is made in the studio.
My own ceramic journey started here in the studio and I have been making a lot of progress: from trying handbuilding, the wheel and glazing: I now have my very own colourful collection”.
