Q: How can I book an 8-week course?
You can book an 8-week course through our services page and looking for the "book here" button. All practical information on our courses can be found on the services page under "courses".
Q: What if I booked a course, but can't make it to a class?
No worries, we have a Whatsapp group chat where you can exchange your classes with another student from another day. If you can't manage to switch your class, just ask your teacher for other possibilities. Note: you have to re-take all missed classes within your 8-week course period.
Q: How can I cancel a booking?
Whether you have booked an 8-week course or a workshop, we understand that sometimes you have to cancel a booking. We appreciate you telling us beforehand. Every cancellation, whether a paid or unpaid booking has a cost of €35. This cancellation fee is to cover all administrative and organisational fees. We appreciate your understanding. Q: I want to know more about group workshops.
Great! We have several types of workshops - for small or large groups. These can be held on location or in our studio. Read all about what's included and the costs here.
Q: I want to pick up my workshop pieces.
Amazing! You stop by during our classes, that way there is always someone in the studio. Though we appreciate your spontaneity, we would suggest to always pre-plan your visit if you cannot make it during our office hours.
Q: Do you offer kiln services?
Yes we do. For people that are not our students, members or familiar with the studio we have a prior assessment to check if your materials and clay are compatible with out kiln. Please send us an email and we will get back to you.
